How a project runs
To begin, we spend an hour on a call and a week on the details. You get a written quote with every line priced and a delivery date we sign up to. A typical quote looks like this:

Before any code, you click through the whole product as a prototype and sign it off. Changes are cheap in design and expensive in code.
Every two weeks, you see working software on a staging link and we agree what comes next. Nothing waits for a big reveal at the end.
After launch, we watch the servers, fix what breaks and keep improving the product. Support is free for the first months, then monthly if you want it.

A custom web or mobile app for an idea you have already tested. Design, admin dashboard, API and payment gateway included. Six to ten weeks, with three months of support.
Ask for GrowthPrices exclude 11% VAT. Paid in milestones: 30% to start, 40% halfway, 30% at launch. Teams are billed monthly.
Before you sign
How long does a project take?
A company site takes two to three weeks. A first version of a web or mobile app takes six to ten. The date is in the quote and we hold to it.
Who owns the code?
You do. The source code, designs and accounts transfer to you on the final payment, with documentation to run them without us.
What if we need changes halfway?
Small changes fit inside the sprint. Larger ones get a written change note with their price and effect on the date before we start them.
Can you take over an existing app?
Yes. We start with a paid two-week audit of the code and servers, then quote the fixes or the rebuild, whichever costs you less.
Do you work with teams outside Indonesia?
Yes. We work in English and Bahasa Indonesia, invoice in Rupiah or US dollars, and overlap with Asian and European office hours.
What happens after launch?
Support is free for one to three months, depending on the plan. After that you choose a monthly support plan, a dedicated team, or nothing at all.
